The location was great and super, adjacent to Mestre train station and buses to Venezia Santa Lucia. I asked for double room with central heating, an ironing set, and a multi-channel TV, it was exceptionally nice. The staff were great and nice day and night.

the staff was very, very nice and welcoming from arrival to departure. my room included it's own balcony, coffee and a kitchen area.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.
